Each project receives a project engineer that serves as the single point of contact for any questions regarding the project. Capabilities include:

Engineering

CIMCO has design engineering capabilities on site, so whether a design already exists or your project is still undefined, CIMCO has the capability to propose a full turn-key solution. CIMCO design engineering works with Solidworks 2017 and Autocad LT 2017 for all of its design work.

Fabrication

CIMCO has worked with many of the same talented millwrights since its inception. As a result, CIMCO can fabricate just about anything your project requires. A general overview of the fabrication capabilities include:

• Stairs

• Platforms

• Ladders

• Guards

• Ball deck

• Tip-ups

• Transfers

• Chutes

• Chain driven live roller (CDLR) assembly lines

• Belt driven live roller (BDLR) assembly lines

• Box assembly & glue machines

• Extendable booms

• Full assembly lines (continuous or indexing)

Installation

CIMCO provides on site installation services lead by one of its project managers or millwrights. Specific services include:

• Structural steel installation including platforms, staircases, ladders, and handrail

• Simple to complex equipment installation

• Large scale capital/equipment change-outs

• Retrofits or upgrades of existing facilities

Maintenance

CIMCO has the capability to offer on-site maintenance for most equipment and machinery. Specific services include:

• Routine maintenance

• Emergency breakdown repair

• Plant shutdown maintenance and repair
